Life at Long Branch

Nestled on 400 acres in the mountains of Northeast Georgia is the Long Branch Residential Preserve . This development is part of a permanent conservation easement that is dedicated to preserving the beauty of the land. It is the vision of Chris Moore, a local outdoor enthusiast/wilderness doctor's, dream come to life. Currently, five families call this place home. It is a truly special place as you will see through the gorgeous photography of Lane Brown Park. I have had the privilege of visiting Longbranch several times and each time I am overwhelmed by the beauty of the property and the way of life the residents have established there. Enjoy these images. They will truly transport you and give you just a glimpse of this special place and of life at Long Branch.

The barn on the property, not only boards the resident's horses, it also has a guest apartment and is a popular spot for casual dinner parties. The property has a "Village Green". A beautiful field where stunning weddings as well as band parties have been held.

Hopefully this post has given you a glimpse into another way to create "neighborhoods". A place to live where the residents can connect with nature and the beauty of our world on a daily basis while still being close to Chattanooga, TN and all the city has to offer. Every time I visit this lovely and unique community, I am always transported to a place, where for a moment,  time slows down a bit an I am able to take in the beauty of nature. There are so many beautiful places on this planet. I hope you can find a little piece of heaven where ever you are.

Special thanks to Lane Park for sharing her extraordinary photography and her beautiful homestead! You can see more of her work and get contact information @lanepark_ on Instagram
